CARTA DEI SERVIZI - AGRITURISMO L'ISOLA CHE NON C'ERA

 

 

L’ingresso all’Agriturismo L'Isola che non c'era comporta la piena accettazione ed osservanza del presente regolamento.

 

Check-in/Check-out:

L'Agriturismo è a conduzione familiare, pertanto non esiste un vero e proprio servizio di reception disponibile tutto il giorno. Vi chiediamo, perciò, di comunicare al momento della prenotazione l'ora di arrivo prevista o almeno 24 ore prima via mail info@lisolachenoncera.eu o al ++39 345 2943967. Preferiremmo comunque potervi accogliere tra le 14 e le 18. In caso di ritardi senza avviso (dopo le 18), la stanza sarà considerata libera. All'arrivo Vi chiederemo i documenti di riconoscimento di tutti gli Ospiti per le consuete pratiche di registrazione previste dalla normativa vigente.

Salvo diversi accordi, le stanze dovranno essere lasciate libere entro le ore 11.

Pagamenti:

I pagamenti possono essere effettuati in contanti oppure con bancomat e carta di credito entro la mattina della partenza.

Colazione:

La colazione viene servita nella sala da pranzo dalle 8 alle 9.30. Su richiesta è possibile anticipare l’orario.

Pulizia:

La pulizia delle stanze è giornaliera, il cambio degli asciugamani viene effettuato ogni 3 giorni, il cambio delle lenzuola ogni 7 giorni, in assenza degli ospiti fra le ore 10 e le ore 14 e comunque ad ogni cambio di Ospite. In caso di necessità possono essere richieste pulizia e forniture di biancheria extra. Si riserva il diritto di accedere alle stanze per effettuare operazioni di pulizia o manutenzioni urgenti.

Chiavi:

Agli Ospiti vengono consegnate le chiavi della camera e del portone d'ingresso. In caso di smarrimento delle stesse, deve essere data tempestiva comunicazione al gestore, e verrà addebitata una penale di 50,00 Euro. Per questioni di sicurezza si prega di chiudere sempre il portone d'ingresso e la porta della camera.

Divieti:

All’interno delle camere e negli spazi comuni è assolutamente vietato fumare, usare fornelli o simili per la preparazione dei cibi, usare stufette o simili per il riscaldamento, consumare cene o pranzi nelle camere, spostare o fare uso improprio di mobili, letti e corredo. Eventuali danni e/o deterioramenti provocati dagli ospiti alle attrezzature dell'Agriturismo sono a carico degli Ospiti stessi. Non è permesso accogliere ed ospitare nelle camere persone non registrate. In tutti gli ambienti dell’Agriturismo (interni ed esterni), è richiesto agli Ospiti un comportamento adeguato ispirato al rispetto e alla buona educazione, con particolare riguardo durante le ore notturne (es. tono voce etc.).

Oggetti personali:

Sarà responsabilità dei Signori Ospiti custodire oggetti personali di valore, sia nelle camere sia nelle zone comuni dell’Agriturismo. Si declina ogni responsabilità per smarrimento, furto o danneggiamento di oggetti di proprietà.

Animali domestici:

Gli animali domestici sono ammessi, purché educati e abituati al contatto con le altre persone e gli altri animali. E’ assolutamente vietato farli salire su letti, divani e poltrone. E’ responsabilità dei padroni esercitare la loro custodia e sorveglianza. Gli eventuali danni causati dagli animali sono a totale carico dei padroni. I cani devono essere tenuti al guinzaglio negli spazi comuni e durante la prima colazione. NON E’ PERMESSO LASCIARE GLI ANIMALI DA SOLI ALL’INTERNO DELLA STRUTTURA.

Parcheggio:

Il parcheggio all'interno dell'Azienda non è custodito. Non si risponde di eventuali furti odanneggiamenti dei veicoli.

Avete scelto una vacanza a diretto contatto con la natura, aiutateci a rispettarla e a salvaguardare l'ambiente cercando di limitare i consumi di acqua ed energia elettrica.

 

La quiete è uno dei nostri migliori patrimoni, rispettatela.

Tutela della privacy:

I dati forniti dagli ospiti saranno trattati nel rispetto degli obblighi di riservatezza regolati dalla normativa della Legge n. 675 del 31/12/1996 e saranno trattati attraverso strumenti idonei a garantire la sicurezza dei dati stessi.

RULES OF THE HOUSE AGRITURISMO L'ISOLA CHE NON C'ERA

 

 

The guests of Agriturismo L'Isola che non c'era are expected to accept and follow the rules listed below.

 

Check-in/Check-out:

L'Isola che non c'era is a family-run farm-guesthouse, therefore it does not have a proper morning to evening reception service. Guests are required to communicate the time of their arrival, either when they make their booking, or by sending an email to info@lisolachenoncera.it or phoning +39 345 2943967 at least 24 hours earlier. We would generally prefer to welcome our guests between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. In case of unannounced delayed arrival (after 6 p.m.) the booking will be considered cancelled. On arrival, all guests are required to exhibit their personal identification document for regular registration according to law.

Unless otherwise agreed, the room/s should be left vacant by 11 a.m.

Payment:

Payment can be made cash, or through bancomat or credit card, before the morning of departure.

Breakfast:

Breakfast is served in the dining room from 8 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. If requested, it can be served earlier.

Room cleaning service:

The rooms are cleaned daily, the towels are changed every three days; bed-sheets are changed every seven days between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. when the guest is not present in the room, and at every change of guests. If necessary, extra cleaning service and linen change can be requested. We claim free access to the rooms for cleaning and urgent maintenance and repairs.

Keys:

Guest will be provided with the keys of their room and of the main entrance. In case they lose the keys, they are requested to give immediate notice to the owners and will pay a penalty charge of Fifty Euros. For safety, we recommend they lock the main entrance door and their room door regularly.

Don’ts:

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the rooms and to use stoves or similar equipment for cooking or heating the room; it is also prohibited to have meals in the rooms and to shift or misuse the furniture and linen. Any damage and/or wearing and tearing of equipment and fittings will be refunded by the guest. It is not allowed to receive or put up in one’s room any person who has not been registered. Guests are required to behave civilly and respectfully in all areas of the guesthouse, indoors and out, especially during the night (for example by not talking too loudly).

Personal belongings:

Guests are personally responsible for their valuable belongings, both in the rooms and the common areas of the farmhouse. The owners reject all responsibility concerning loss, theft or damage suffered by the guests’ personal belongings.

Pets:

Pets are welcome, provided they are disciplined and used to coming in contact with other people and animals. They may not go on beds, sofas and armchairs. Their owners are required to take care and watch over them. Any damage caused by pets will be refunded by their owners. In the common areas and during breakfast dogs must be held on the leash. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO LEAVE PETS ALONE INSIDE THE FARMHOUSE AND THE SURROUNDING COMMON AREAS.

Parking:

The parking area is not supervised. The farmhouse owners do not answer for the theft or damaging of cars.

You have chosen to spend a holiday in close contact with nature: please help us respect and preserve the environment by not wasting water and electricity.

Privacy protection:

The personal data provided by the guest are protected by the Italian Law on Privacy (Act n, 675 of 31 December 1996) and will be handled with the appropriate means, according to the standards of discretion and safety laid down by the law.
